What we do
VRF Systems
A VRF system lets every office, guest room or ward choose its own temperature while the whole building runs on a single refrigerant network. Done right, it is quiet, efficient and easy to live with. Done wrong, it is a building full of complaints. We make sure it is done right.
Design
- Room-by-room load calculation and zoning
- Indoor and outdoor units sized for the real building
- Pipework planned within the system's length and height limits
- Central control and BMS integration planned from day one
Installation
- Clean copper pipework, brazed under nitrogen
- Pressure-tested and vacuumed before any refrigerant goes in
- Charge calculated from the pipework actually installed
- Every unit addressed, tested and recorded at handover
Service
- Fault diagnosis on indoor and outdoor units
- Control board, sensor and fan motor repair
- Leak finding, repair and recharge
- Planned maintenance that keeps efficiency high
Why it matters
Most VRF complaints trace back to installation — a wrong pipe size, moisture left in the lines, a guessed refrigerant charge. We treat those steps as the job itself, not as paperwork.
Our team has installed and commissioned VRF networks of up to 550 indoor units.
